Gunsmithing wasn't something I stumbled into — it was something I grew up around. From an early age, firearms were a part of everyday life, whether out in the field or at the range with family. That familiarity turned into fascination, and fascination turned into a craft I've spent years refining.

Over the years I've developed hands-on experience across a wide range of work — barrel threading, trigger jobs, bedding, Cerakote finishing, and everything in between. Every firearm that comes through my shop gets the same level of attention, whether it's a simple scope mount or a full custom build.

Red Mist Rifles is built on the belief that good gunsmithing is about more than just the technical work. It's about understanding what a firearm means to the person who owns it, and making sure it performs exactly the way they need it to. I take pride in honest estimates, clean work, and standing behind everything I do.
